Having Fun with Gender While Defeating Fascism
Davey Schlasko
Davey will lead us in finding ways we can protect and support trans folks from anti-trans backlash, drawing on decades of experience working with cis and trans people to create more trans-inclusive spaces. We’ll get creative as we explore themes of joy, hope, and responsibility, dig into our unconscious assumptions, and learn about some roots of anti-trans sentiment.
Davey is the founder and director of Think Again Training & Consulting, www.thinkagaintraining.com. He is also the author of Trans Allyship Workbook. For over two decades Davey has specialized in facilitating adult learning to drive organizational and systemic change for social justice.
