Welcome Visitors

We’re so glad you’re here.

There is so much to share about this wonderful, spiritual place – we can’t possibly fit everything on a website. The absolute best way to learn about us is to come for a visit. Come to a service on Sunday at 10:00 AM to see what a service is like, meet people, and learn all about us. We invite you to stay for refreshments afterwards, ask any questions you desire, and come back a few more times before you decide if we’re a good fit as your spiritual home. Not all services are the same.

“Whether you have been with this community a decade or more,
or this is your first time visiting,
Whatever the faith and traditions of your past –
whatever your theological stance – whatever your heritage –
whoever you are, and whomever you love,

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Danbury reflects the ongoing religious exploration of its members. Unlike most religions, Unitarian Universalism does not have a creed.  Like our founders, we are bound together by covenant – the promises we make to one another as members of one congregation. We draw from many sources for inspiration – words and deeds of prophetic women and men, wisdom from the world’s religions, Jewish, Christian, Humanist, and Earth-centered teachings, and our own direct experience of mystery and wonder.

We hope you visit soon.
