The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom, and we will do our best to include input / discussion and votes from those attending online. Roberts Rules of Order (Revised) prevail at all Congregational Meetings. Our bylaws also state that there must be a quorum of at least 15% of the membership. At an official membership of 111, this means there must be at least 17 members present at the October 5th meeting for it to proceed.

Voting rights extend to all who have been members for at least 60 days, which, for this year’s meeting, means anyone who signed the membership book prior to August 6, 2025.

Absentee ballots will be allowed. Absentee ballots are to be requested and returned to Randy Beckerby Saturday, October 4, 2025.
